FUNDACIÓN AZTI – AZTI FUNDAZIOA, hereinafer AZTI, as the party responsible for the SUDOANG website, hereby sets out its privacy policy applicable to personal data. Thus, all the personal data under its responsibility shall be processed according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and the enacting legislation in force at any given moment, and shall apply the appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

The use of the www.sudoang.eu website does not imply that you as the user must supply any information in any respect regarding your identity and it may not be associated to a specific user by the company. Should personal data be provided, that data will be gathered and used in accordance with the constraints and rights set out in the aforementioned data protection legislation. The personal data of users are not gathered through this website without their knowledge and the data are not disclosed to third parties.

The number of pages visited, the number of visits, along with the activity of the visitors and their frequency of use are analysed in order to provide the best service and facilitate use. AZTI therefore uses the statistical information produced by the Internet Service Provider.
